Job Description


  • As a Product Manager at Shine.com, you will take ownership of critical product initiatives, working hands-on from ideation to launch.
  • You will craft the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions that drive measurable business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and execute product strategies aligned with Shine's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct competitive research and stay updated on market trends to identify new opportunities.

Roadmap Prioritization:

  • Build and manage the product roadmap based on customer insights, business needs, and data analysis.
  • Continuously refine priorities to maximize product and business impact.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage data, analytics, and user research to uncover insights and guide product decisions.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key product KPIs to evaluate success.

User-Centric Development:

  • Champion user needs through deep customer research and feedback gathering.
  • Translate insights into clear product requirements and intuitive user experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to build and launch product features.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment through regular communication with stakeholders.

Product Delivery & Optimization:

  • Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor product adoption and performance post-launch and iterate based on data and user feedback.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on product management experience, preferably in consumer internet, tech platforms, or marketplaces.
  • Team handling
  • B.Tech and MBA from top-tier institutes (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms.
  • Passionate about user-first thinking, innovation, and delivering tangible business outcomes.
