Product Manager

This is a unique opportunity to shape a cutting-edge HealthTech product from the ground up, while driving medical innovation that improves patient care and convenience. The role is remote, with the potential to relocate to Dubai based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from vision, strategy, and roadmap to execution and launch.
• Collaborate closely with the business team to align product development with market needs and commercial strategy.
• Work with the development team to translate requirements into actionable features and ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate and integrate new medical innovations, technologies, and partnerships into the platform.
• Prioritize product features and manage trade-offs between scope, resources, and timelines.
• Ensure the platform delivers premium user experiences for patients, providers, and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously iterate on the product.

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical background (MBBS preferred)

  to understand clinical requirements and patient care needs.
• Proven experience in building and scaling

• Strong technical understanding with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset.
