As a Product Manager at our faith-tech platform based in Gurgaon, India, you will play a crucial role in shaping meaningful digital experiences that foster spiritual connections through authentic content, guidance, and community. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product vision, aligning it with the platform's goal of blending faith, technology, and human connection. - Demonstrate expertise in product strategy, roadmapping, and cross-functional execution. - Develop and manage roadmaps for key pillars such as content, community, commerce, utilities, and donation. - Translate insights from the community and spiritual objectives into actionable product strategies. - Utilize user research tools and workshops to understand spiritual behaviors and ritual patterns. - Collaborate with the UX and design team to create inclusive, intuitive, and emotionally resonant interfaces. - Balance growth metrics with trust, authenticity, and social impact considerations. - Implement A/B testing and cohort analysis to drive engagement and retention improvements. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, content, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases. - Define and monitor OKRs related to engagement, retention, and monetization. - Utilize data to optimize conversion funnels and user journeys. - Partner with growth teams to execute experiments that enhance organic and referral acquisition.
