Job Profile: Product Manager
Department : Product ManagementReports to : Head of Product Management

Job Purpose:
The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and delivery of Digital Banking Products.product suite. This role ensures that product development aligns with evolving market demands,customer expectations, and long-term business objectives. The Product Manager serves as acatalyst for innovation, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration, driving the successof platform across diverse financial ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Product LeadershipDefine and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital banking productsbanking platform, leveraging market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.• Value Proposition & DifferentiationEstablish and maintain clear product positioning and differentiation strategies to ensuresustained competitive advantage and market clarity.• Business Case DevelopmentFormulate and assess business cases for new product initiatives, including pricingrecommendations in collaboration with Sales.• Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with clients, Product Owners, and internal teams to gather insights, validatepriorities, and align product direction with business goals.• Backlog ManagementOversee and prioritise the Product Owners backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impactfeatures and enhancements.• Executive CollaborationPartner with the CEO, Head of Product Management, and Executive Leadership to executestrategic product plans and drive organisational alignment.• Go-To-Market ExecutionWork closely with Sales and Marketing to design and implement effective go-to-marketstrategies, including launch planning and collateral development.• Product Enablement & TrainingLead internal product education initiatives to support Sales Enablement and cross-functionaltraining programs.• Regulatory ComplianceEnsure all product journeys adhere to applicable legal and regulatory standards.• Release Planning & CommunicationManage product release cycles, including scope documentation, stakeholder communication,and demo coordination.• Thought Leadership & EvangelismRepresent our product vision internally and externally, contributing to industry thoughtleadership and market awareness.• Cross-Functional AlignmentDrive collaborative initiatives across departments to ensure cohesive execution and delivery.• Roadmap TransparencyMaintain and communicate a clear, actionable roadmap that reflects strategic priorities andmarket responsiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management, preferably within digital financialservices.• Demonstrated success in developing and launching Digital Banking and Wallet propositions.• Experience with B2B or B2B2C enterprise platforms.• Familiarity with Low Code/No Code platforms for Digital Applications is advantageous.• Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Aha.• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate qualification in Product Management orBusiness preferred.• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
