About the Role We are seeking a Senior Digital Sales Executive to lead digital marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand presence and driving customer engagement across global logistics markets. The role involves creating high-impact content, executing email marketing campaigns, managing B2B platforms like LinkedIn, and generating quality leads from exporters, importers, and logistics partners worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver measurable marketing results. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and post digital content (images, carousels, short videos) on LinkedIn and other professional networks for B2B engagement. Create marketing assets using Canva, Photoshop, GPT-based tools, and AI video platforms. Write captions, taglines, and hashtags aligned with brand voice and campaign goals. Collaborate with internal teams to showcase service updates, success stories, and case studies. Develop and manage targeted email campaigns using HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns; track key metrics like open and click-through rates. Maintain and update contact lists to ensure efficient outreach. Identify and engage potential leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools; coordinate with sales teams for lead nurturing and follow-ups. Track and report campaign ROI, lead generation, and conversion metrics to optimize marketing efforts. Coordinate with senior management and the UK office for campaign strategy, approvals, and global consistency. Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing activities, growth metrics, and campaign performance. Preferred Candidate Profile : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, International Business, or related field. 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B sectors like freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade. Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, or Social Media (Google, Meta, HubSpot) preferred. Strong skills in LinkedIn marketing, email automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho), digital analytics, and content/design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI video platforms). Excellent communication skills and ability to create content for global trade audiences; analytical and data-driven with campaign optimization experience. Understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, and international trade, with ability to collaborate effectively with international teams including the UK office.
