Digital Marketing

We are hiring for the role of Digital Marketing for Pune Location.

1. Develop and implement the Digital Marketing Strategy for the brand in India.
   
2. Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including communication development, creative development, campaign management, website management, social media management, SEO strategies, and new tools/technology implementation.
   
3. Create and manage detailed digital and social media marketing calendars.
   
4. Write, edit, and review press releases, articles, blogs, and email content.
   
5. Conceptualize marketing campaigns, design creatives, and proof-read all marketing and communication materials.
   
6. Plan and introduce new marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
   
7. Monitor, track, analyse, and report campaign performance and overall effectiveness.
   
8. Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, digital agencies, and vendor partners.
   
9. Manage day-to-day marketing operations including PR, PO/GRN processes, vendor payments, record keeping, budget management, and provisions.
   
10. Travel as required for marketing activities and coordination.
    

Desired Candidate Profile

1. MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Journalism from a reputed institution.
   
2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
   
3. Experience working in FMCG/FMCD/Automobile/B2C industries and managing national-level marketing initiatives.
   
4. Energetic, collaborative, creative problem-solver; proactive and flexible with strong attention to detail.
   
5. Experience managing multiple agencies and working with vendors across different regions.
   
6. Should be available for immediate joining.
