You will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient operational processes for the division. This includes analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement, streamlining, and automation. Collaboration with various departments and stakeholders within the bank will be essential to ensure smooth coordination of processes. You will also be required to communicate process changes, updates, and improvements to all relevant stakeholders. In this role, conducting training sessions and workshops to ensure that all employees understand and follow the division's operational processes will be a crucial responsibility. Monitoring and evaluating process performance to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be preparing reports and metrics to track process performance and communicate results to senior management. To qualify for this position, you should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, along with relevant years of experience in banking operations or process management. Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders are essential for this role.
