The Opportunity We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management Group (PMG) . You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap across a suite of intelligent enterprise software solutions in the banking domain. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and make a tangible impact on global banking systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and market validation to development, go-to-market, and evolution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: engineering, QA, sales, marketing, support, and client success. Engage with customers, prospects, and partners to gather insights, identify pain points, and translate them into actionable product requirements. Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs and roadmaps in alignment with strategic business goals. Develop detailed product specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Provide RFI/RFP support , product demonstrations, and pre-sales assistance. Track and analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory shifts to guide product innovation. Craft compelling sales collateral, product documentation, website content, and internal training materials. Represent the company in industry forums, webinars, and whitepapers to establish thought leadership. Required Skills & Experience 410 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager , Business Analyst , or Domain Consultant in banking or fintech. Deep understanding of one or more domains: Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Cards, Corporate Banking, AML, Fraud Detection , or Financial Crime Management . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Proven experience working in agile environments and managing complex enterprise software products. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Enterprise Fraud Management (EFM) or AML/Fraud Detection systems is a strong plus. MBA from a top-tier B-school.
