Key Responsibilities

• Category Ownership:

  Manage and grow the waterproofing and sealant product category for the retail segment with full P&L responsibility.

• Business Development:

  Drive business growth through India-wide dealer and distributor networks. Expand market reach by engaging with key influencers such as

  masons, civil contractors, engineers, painters, and fabricators

  .

• Retail Network Activation:

  Enhance engagement with retailers through campaigns, incentives, and training to improve sell-out.

• New Product Development (NPD):

  Identify market trends and customer needs to conceptualize and launch innovative, market-fit products.Work closely with R&D, marketing, and supply chain for seamless product rollouts.

• Marketing & GTM Strategy:

  Devise and execute go-to-market strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to build brand and product visibility.

• Market Intelligence:

  Conduct regular market analysis to track competitor activity, identify growth opportunities, and optimize pricing and positioning strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in

  product management

  , preferably in the

  building materials, construction chemicals

  sector.
• Strong understanding of

  channel sales

  , especially

  dealer/distributor-led models

  .
• Experience in managing

  business development teams and influencer networks

  .
• Exposure to

  New Product Development

  based on customer insights and market research.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
