1. Act as the primary contact between Public Cloud service delivery, Functional IT (enabling Functions) and Business for AWS product and the AWS Footprint expansion
2. Ensure IT services are aligned with business strategy, business objectives, business requirements, standards and regulations
3. Understand the processes, plans, objectives, drivers, and issues related to the business capability, as well as the appropriate external policies and regulations to correctly prioritize release delivery.
4. Supports Novartis service delivery manager to develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively manage their expectations and monitor satisfaction levels and service adoption
5. Identify and qualify new demand with overall responsibility for providing input to the AWS/Azure Product Backlog and SCRUM teams.
6. Provide IT consulting to the stakeholders, educate them on IT & Public Cloud processes and methodologies.
7. Educate stakeholders on Public Cloud specifics
8. Enforce Public Cloud engagement model to provide a uniform approach on handling requirements and delivery.
9. Create and maintain the Public Cloud Release plan in line with the requirements from the Business Enablement Function (BEF) organizations, TIS Cloud Solution Performance Engineering CSPE, Connectivity and Technical Architecture Design (TAD). Use it as input to the Public Cloud Service Strategy.
10. Drive delivery of Release items (new capability) following the Public Cloud release management process along the service Agile guidelines
11. Publish Release notes in Public Cloud Communication Portal and organize Public Cloud town halls after each release.
12. Organize reviews with Stakeholders on Release Delivery
13. Support Cloud Solution Performance Engineering (CSPE) in the early stages of customer requirements with activities such as Statement of Compliance & TCO analysis
14. Provide input to technical writer for maintaining the Product Catalog
15. Collect knowledge about solutions and distribute to service teams to enable effective support
16. Ensure the introduction of new / modified capabilities / services happens in a planned, controlled and timely manner to minimize disruption and maximize benefits
17. Ensure the overall experience from IT members and Business are considered when designing and deploying new solutions and services
