Key Responsibilities Planning, coordination and evaluation of catalyst qualification runs Collaborates with other departments in our organization (i.e. laboratory, technology, sales, key account management) Providing and coordinating technical support to licensees on catalyst related topics Training of and providing technical support to Novolen Plant Support Engineers Development and cultivating of long-term customer relationships Preparation and giving of compelling client presentations to promote Lummus Novolen’s catalyst portfolio Represents Novolen at conferences and fairs Promotion of the Novolen PP catalyst portfolio on a worldwide basis Conducting of market research and gathering of competitive intelligence Formulation and implementation of product strategies & marketing concepts Identification and development of new business opportunities at existing Novolen operations and new Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Minimum Requirements Professional with a technical background in PP / polyolefin catalysts, with a minimum of five years’ experience Bachelor or preferably Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer science, or related field of relevant experience Strong customer focus, understanding the needs of the clients Strong scientific and technical abilities Fluent business English skills are required Excellent written and oral communication abilities Problem solving attitude High degree of self-motivation and personal energy Understanding of different cultures gained through accumulated international experience Structured, solution-oriented work approach and capability to work in teams Willingness to travel Additional responsibilities can be assigned at manager and company discretion.
