Product Manager

As a Product Manager at CareStack, you will play a crucial role in defining the strategic direction for the product platform's evolution. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with various stakeholders such as customers, executive leadership, sales, marketing, and implementation teams to identify and prioritize key drivers for business growth. You will be tasked with building consensus on business priorities to guide the evolution of the product platform. This will involve working closely with development and marketing teams to plan and execute the launch of value bundles within the platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of the application platform, monitoring the effectiveness of features and value bundles, and communicating insights within the organization. Your role will also involve evangelizing the product story both internally and externally to foster transparency, trust, and confidence. Furthermore, you will collaborate with sales and business development teams to secure deals with larger customers. To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to empathize, analyze, prioritize, visualize, articulate, document, and coordinate effectively. A natural inclination towards driving success for those around you, along with a willingness to learn new business domains and applications, are essential qualities for this position. While at least 2 years of experience as a developer is highly preferred, having an MBA degree is considered advantageous but not mandatory for this role.
