Job Description

As a Product Manager for the Benchmarking Platform, your role will involve the following: - Own, define, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, compliance, and security measures to meet business expectations. - Manage the product roadmap, backlog, and delivery milestones effectively. - Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with engineering and data teams on ETL pipelines, APIs, and orchestration tools like Airflow and Step Functions. - Advocate for AI/ML integration, predictive benchmarking, and workflow automation features. - Supervise dashboards, automate reports in formats like PPT/PDF, and design self-service user experiences. - Ensure compliance, security, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders across teams. Desired Experience & Skills: - 6+ years of experience in SaaS/data product management, with at least 2 years in subscription research or analytics platforms. - Demonstrated ability in defining product requirements, creating BRDs/FRDs, and leading engineering/data delivery. - Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT workflows, tools like Airflow, dbt, and data orchestration best practices. - Familiarity with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and strong knowledge of Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. - Proficiency in analytics/visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or embedded BI tools (Superset, Looker). - Knowledge of APIs & Microservices, including REST, GraphQL, authentication methods like OAuth, SAML, SSO. - Understanding of data governance principles, including tools like Great Expectations, semantic modeling, and security concepts at row/column levels. - Bonus: Exposure to PptxGenJS, WeasyPrint, and AI/ML-enabled product features like Chatbot Integration into SaaS products. Academic Background: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering; an MBA or Business Analysis background is advantageous.,
