Product Manager

We're seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key initiatives that shape our product experience. You'll act as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and leadershipturning customer insights and business goals into impactful features and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with company strategy.

Own the product lifecyclefrom ideation and research to launch and iteration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities.

Gather and prioritize customer feedback to guide product decisions.

Develop clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Monitor product performance and drive continuous optimization through data-driven insights.

Communicate roadmap updates and progress to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related role.

Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies.

Proven ability to translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable product plans.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, or Asana.

Analytical mindset with experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Looker).
