Our Associate Product Managers and Product Managers play a crucial role in bridging various functions and have the opportunity to make a significant impact. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the core problems faced by our internal and external customers. - Advocating for the purpose and rationale behind our products. - Creating value by identifying, defining, and launching products that meet market demands. - Balancing business objectives with user requirements to develop commercially successful and user-friendly products. - Starting small, iterating, and eventually scaling the products. - Collaborating with different functions like design, development, and sales, and contributing to a culture that aligns with our values. - Receiving support and guidance from experienced product managers. We are looking for individuals who are: - Empathetic, taking the time to comprehend the motivations of team members and working towards common goals. - Humble, actively seeking and providing feedback without being overly influenced by hierarchy. - Motivated, displaying enthusiasm and passion for their work. - Adaptable, willing to reassess opinions when presented with new information. Mandatory requirements: - Experience in product discovery and stakeholder management. - Demonstrated proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management using Agile Methodologies. - Possessing a commercial mindset. - Natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn. Preferred qualifications may include: - Previous experience in Tax and Finance industries. - Expertise in unrelated fields offering unique perspectives. - Proficiency in defining product roadmaps, vision, and strategy. - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Pendo. - Exposure to client-facing roles. - Background in Product Marketing, Operations, or Sales.
