Product Manager AI

As the AI Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to define and execute the AI product strategy in alignment with our clients" objectives. You will lead market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and develop compelling business cases for new AI-driven product initiatives. Your role will involve translating complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive product requirements and user stories. Testing and validation of AI features to ensure they meet quality and performance standards will be under your purview. Engagement with customers and stakeholders to refine AI solutions based on feedback will be essential. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize user journeys through AI-driven engagement will also be a key aspect of your role. Driving AI personalization and automation by leveraging NLP, sentiment analysis, and recommendation engines will be crucial. Establishing AI analytics and reporting mechanisms to track performance and continuously improve solutions will also be a part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in generative AI product strategy and prototyping, AI/ML frameworks (LLMs, RAG, NLP, Sentiment Analysis), prompt engineering, and AI-powered recommendation engine. Familiarity with AI product tools such as Pendo, Figma/Adobe, Lucidchart, and others is preferred. Strong skills in data-driven decision-making, user experience design principles, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management are necessary. While a background in Telecom, MarTech, and/or STEM is preferred, it is not mandatory. A customer-centric and consultative mindset will be essential to excel in this role.,
