Product Management - Student intern

You will be working as a Product Management Intern at Sensia, where you will play a crucial role in driving the development, launch, and optimization of innovative products that cater to customer needs and align with business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be involved in defining product strategies, analyzing customer insights, creating product requirements, and supporting go-to-market initiatives. This position will provide you with a hands-on opportunity to enhance your skills in product lifecycle management, market research, and stakeholder collaboration, laying a strong foundation for a career in product management. Your responsibilities will include assisting in market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, as well as supporting the creation of product strategies and development plans. You will collaborate with various teams to help define and document product requirements, participate in go-to-market planning, analyze customer feedback and performance data to drive product improvements, and contribute to product lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life. Additionally, you will develop presentations, reports, and documentation for stakeholders, attend team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and product reviews to gain valuable real-world experience. To excel in this role, you should currently be pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or a master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, specifically being in your 3rd year of engineering or 1st year of MBA from a top-tier college. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, as well as strong organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this position. Your performance will be measured based on successful project completion, timely delivery of product research and analysis, quality of market insights and customer data collected, contribution to go-to-market strategies and campaigns, intern feedback, and development progress, as well as providing knowledge transfer after the internship.,
