Product Management Principal Specialist

Summary of the Role

You’ll apply your product and technical expertise to shape innovative solutions, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the development and delivery of impactful travel technology products.

In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes. May mentor Specialists or Senior Specialists.
• Evaluate complex challenges with broad implications, improve processes, and recommend practical solutions and risk mitigation strategies.
• Operate with autonomy while aligning with management direction. Contribute to or guide cross-functional projects.
• Communicate and develop value propositions and key messages based on identified challenges, translating them into new product concepts or enhancements.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning timelines with stakeholders and coordinating with Product Marketing Management, Operations (Customer Service, Delivery, Go-To-Market), and Research & Development (R&D) teams.

About the ideal candidate

• Experience in defining product strategy, long-term goals, and business value in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Skilled in evaluating market solutions and positioning products strategically.
• Comfortable collaborating with third-party partners and internal teams to ensure consistent product development.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and able to participate in events such as Lean Portfolio Management, Program Increment (PI) planning, and system demos.
• Proficient in coordinating functional and technical streams to ensure end-to-end solution consistency.
