Role Overview
The PLM Lead/Architect will partner closely with IT, Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, and vendors to design and govern a modern, scalable PLM architecture built on Centric PLM (Centric 8). The role defines future-state architecture, integrations, and standards to ensure PLM is reliable and scalable.
What You'll Do
- End-to-end technical design of PLM
- Set technical direction and roadmap
- Build and support Centric PLM (Centric 8): BOMs, workflows, processes, data structures
- Maintain integrations and PLM as system of record
- Establish standards and guardrails
- Act as technical SME
- Engage vendors and internal teams
- Optimize tech stack: BOOMI, APIs, Java, JavaScript, RabbitMQ
- Communicate technical decisions clearly
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years enterprise PLM experience
- 3+ years Centric PLM (Centric 8)
- Architecture, data modeling, integrations experience
- Strong DB, testing, debugging skills
- Java, XML, JavaScript, REST preferred
- Strong communicator
