Product Lifecycle Management PLM Lead / Architect

Role Overview As a PLM Lead/Architect, you will collaborate closely with IT, Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, and vendors to develop and govern a contemporary and scalable PLM architecture utilizing Centric PLM (Centric 8). Your role involves defining the future-state architecture, integrations, and standards to ensure the reliability and scalability of PLM within the organization. Key Responsibilities - Design the end-to-end technical aspects of PLM - Establish technical direction and roadmap for PLM - Develop and maintain Centric PLM (Centric 8) including BOMs, workflows, processes, and data structures - Manage integrations and ensure PLM serves as the system of record - Implement standards and guidelines for PLM - Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams - Optimize the tech stack utilizing tools like BOOMI, APIs, Java, JavaScript, and RabbitMQ - Clearly communicate technical decisions to stakeholders Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise PLM - At least 3 years of experience with Centric PLM (Centric 8) - Proficiency in architecture, data modeling, and integrations - Strong skills in database management, testing, and debugging - Knowledge of Java, XML, JavaScript, and REST is preferred - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders Role Overview As a PLM Lead/Architect, you will collaborate closely with IT, Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, and vendors to develop and govern a contemporary and scalable PLM architecture utilizing Centric PLM (Centric 8).
