PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES (Describe the major responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Clearly and concisely indicate the end result(s) a person in the position is expected to accomplish.) • Responsible for on-time and aligned availability of Product Data across various systems, • Continuously reporting, guarding deadlines and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure on- time data completeness and accuracy, • Managing erroneous and inefficient Product Data, reporting or process flows, • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Merchandising, Product Development and various Central teams to ensure Product Data set-up across all tools and reports reflects correct, complete and aligned. • Contributing to the teams growth and development through assistance in onboarding and pro- active sharing of operational knowledge & best practices so to participate in a team effort to raise working efficiency. Skills: (The specific skills an individual must possess in order to meet the expectations of the position.) High level of accuracy, problem-solving skills and attention to details. Able to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure with deadlines. Structured and pro-active working approach. Team player with a hands-on mentality and who can work independently. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel (V-look up, index matching, pivot table. VBA is advantageous). Working experience with Centric PLM and SAP FMS or comparable systems and tools are a plus.
