Hiring for Product Lead - Design - Motor designing Job Location: Chennai Experience: 15 - 20 years Qualification :BE/PG Diploma (Electrical /Mechanical) STRATEGIC Defining Product Strategy for future Setting up the Product Goals & Drivers Setting up required Organization Creating Required Infrastructure OPERATIONAL Application understanding from Automotive Customer Engineering engagement exposure with Automotive OEMs Defining the product requirements based on application Motor design and development experience for Various Automotive Applications DFMEA /DFM / Design Review Skills TECHNICAL Specific DC motor /BLDC Motor Mechanical Design and development back ground from Automotive Tier1 Exposure with Various Application motors and Knowledge on application based special features in Motor design Understanding and Handling Electrical design elements/Simulation softwares like SPEED/MAGNET Understanding and handling Mechanical Design simulations , FEA analysis using like Creo , Ansys Knowledge on Design Calculations like Thermal, Vibration & Structural Material Knowledge related to Motor Application Automotive Application testing back ground Customer Handling on Failure analysisRole & responsibilities
