Job Description

- Structure the R&D and CTS teams based on business needs to foster agility. - Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the team while planning for succession. - Align R&D vision and objectives with group and country strategies. - Manage the innovation pipeline aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements. - Promote strategic innovations, translating them for local markets, and ensure thorough training (R&D, CTS, marketing, sales). - Drive customer projects, ensuring compliance with the Go-no-Go process and supporting internal/external training sessions. - Build internal and external competencies to identify opportunities for innovation. - Ensure confidentiality and adherence to IP protection while driving digital adoption. - Support production (ingredient approval, process improvement, troubleshooting) and quality audits. - Collaborate with purchase and operations to reduce product costs and optimize portfolios. - Actively contribute to the management team, fostering trust and collaboration for quicker project implementation. - Build strong networks with global and local stakeholders to share best practices and identify opportunities.
