Job Description

As a Product Lead-Cross Sell in the Rural banking department, your role involves scaling up the cross-sell business for the bank. You will be responsible for developing strategies to expand existing products, channels, segments, and customer base in a cost-efficient and technologically effective manner. This includes building teams, systems, processes, and a culture conducive to scale and consistent delivery. You will closely collaborate with Rural Sales, Retail Assets team, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing & Transformation, Branch Banking teams, and Technology teams. Your role carries a P&L responsibility for the Cross-sell business, contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the bank. Your primary focus will be on providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience to establish the bank as the primary choice for all banking needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build best-in-class products and customer experiences for the Cross-sell business. - Ideate and co-create products for existing customers in collaboration with product heads. - Own program building, tech wireframing, and user experience for products offered to existing customers. - Co-create custom products and experiences for Branch liabilities franchise and own program building, tech wireframing, and user experience. - Constantly innovate and deliver differentiated offerings to drive business growth. - Enhance customer experience for existing customers and branch Liabilities franchise. **Secondary Responsibilities:** - Enable digital distribution and on-demand instant delivery of services for ETB and customer X-sell. - Collaborate with other departments to develop best-in-class products and service offerings for customers. **Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:** - Foster IDFC First's customer-first culture by driving the team towards high-quality servicing norms for customer delight. - Create an environment focused on automation and digital enablement to meet customers" needs holistically. - Champion a business model that prioritizes technology, analytics, and customer-centricity. **Key Success Metrics:** - Coverage of X-sell products across eligible segments. - Business growth through incremental programs created for X-Sell. - ETB business mix from own channels vs external channels. - Enhanced process efficiency and differentiated customer treatment for Branch walk-in/ETB X-sell customers. - Revenue generated per branch. - X-Sell becoming the largest channel for each business line at below-average market cost of acquisition. In terms of qualifications, you are expected to hold a Postgraduate or equivalent (Masters) degree. Additionally, you should have 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.,
