Role Overview

Product Intern

B2B SaaS product management

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product research, market analysis and competitor benchmarking

• Support documentation of product requirements, user stories and workflows

• Help track feature requests, bugs and user feedback from internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with design and tech teams during feature development and testing

• Participate in product reviews, sprint discussions and internal demos

• Support creation of product guides, release notes and internal enablement materialQualifications

Who Should Apply

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Product, Design or related fields

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good written and verbal communication

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations and documentation tools

• Interest in Product Management, SaaS, PR/MediaTech or B2B products

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of SaaS products or product lifecycle

• Prior internship or project experience in product, tech or analytics

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Notion, Figma, or similar
