What You Will Do

• Reading and summarizing product documents to stay aligned with whats being built.
• Looking at data to find patterns or issues in how users behave .
• Talking to customers to understand and using customer insights and data to recommend changes or improvements that can impact conversion funnel & improve retention.
• Working with the product and design teams to document ideas, flows, and next steps clearly.

What Were Looking For

• Structured thinker with a bias for action and problem solving
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Design, Economics, Business, or related fields
• Comfortable working with SQL or excited to learn it quickly
• Curious about consumer behavior, UX design, product analytics, and user funnels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with tools like Superset, Clevertap, Mixpanel, Notion, Figma, Excel
