Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Product Expert specializing in SaaS sales with 2-4 years of experience. The Product Expert will be responsible for understanding and managing Jugl's offerings, assisting clients in using the product, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient product management. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, analyzing feedback, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
