As a Product Executive/Sr. Product Executive in the IVD Marketing team at the company located in Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar, Phase 4, your role involves: **Key Responsibilities:** - **Product Development:** - Develop and launch new diagnostic products including Rapid and ELISA tests. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, QA, Regulatory, and Finance. - **Market Analysis:** - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. - Analyze market data to drive product development and marketing strategies. - **Create Promotional Materials and Campaigns.** **Requirements:** - **Education:** Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. - **Experience:** Minimum 5-6 years in product management, with a preference for experience in the IVD/Medical diagnostic industry. - **Skills:** - Strong understanding of diagnostic testing principles. - Excellent communication skills. - Sound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. - Analytical skills in IVD/Medical device manufacturing company.
