About the Role Turning Cloud Solutions is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Product Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for assisting clients with product-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless user experiences through timely support and communication. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to client and vendor inquiries via chat, email, or phone. • Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software or application-related issues. • Guide users step-by-step through the resolution process. • Escalate complex issues to internal technical teams for faster resolution. • Log all user interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system. • Assist with software installations, updates, and product implementation activities. • Collaborate with IT and product teams to resolve recurring or system-level issues. • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in product or technical support. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Basic knowledge of software systems, networking, and troubleshooting concepts. • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. ⸻ Preferred Attributes • Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills. • Quick learner with a keen interest in understanding software products. • Team player with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
