Product Executive / Product Manager

Role Overview: As a Product Executive / Product Manager in the Anti-hypertensive and Nutraceutical segment based in Mumbai (Kandivli), your primary responsibility will be brand management. You will be tasked with identifying new avenues to develop the brand portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Design product strategies and ensure their timely execution. - Propose new launches to strengthen the brand portfolio. - Coordinate with the sales team to implement strategies effectively. - Conduct market research to specify market requirements for current and future products. - Plan and design promotional material/tools to support sales and marketing objectives cost-effectively. - Train, motivate, and guide the field force to ensure continuous brand growth. - Identify new products and lead new product launches. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries. - Create entry barriers for competitors by innovating products and packaging. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management. - Strong knowledge of product, market dynamics, and competitive behavior. - Proficiency in data analysis and goal orientation. - Experience in managing brand expenses and implementing strategic and tactical implications for improved performance. - Familiarity with ROI strategies, competitor awareness, market trends, and active listening skills.
