As a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in the PMT Department within the Pharmaceuticals industry, your role will involve planning and executing research to understand the market landscape, customer behavior, and competitor information. This will enable you to develop product plans for existing products and potential new products effectively. Key responsibilities include: - Proactively seeking opportunities for competitive product development and innovative market strategies to maximize brand activation activities. - Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling various events activities such as new product launches, symposiums, conferences, webinars, CME, RTD, JR, etc. - Designing promotional materials and tools in a timely manner, developing literatures to increase brand awareness, and enhancing brand communications. - Proposing annual product strategic plans and action plans based on available resources and budget. - Utilizing excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint for events and marketing activities. - Visiting key account customers to assess product position, market share, competitor information, and identify potential new product development opportunities. - Providing product and market training to MRs, guiding them to enhance product knowledge and medical detailing skills for improved prescription development. - Traveling to other cities as required for business purposes. In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be required to deliver product and market training to MRs and guide them closely to ensure they have excellent product knowledge and medical detailing skills.
