Job Description

Designation:

Product Executive

Assist in developing marketing strategies and brand plans for assigned products.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with field execution.
Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support product positioning.
Assist in the development of promotional materials, product training content, and medical communication.
Work closely with the medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product operations.
Monitor and evaluate product performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Support the launch of new products, ensuring strong internal and external communication.
Participate in conferences, CMEs, and promotional events as needed.
Provide regular product knowledge training to the field force.

Location:

Chennai

Qualification:

B.Pharm / B.Sc / MBA in Marketing or Pharma Management

(Any graduate with strong pharma marketing exposure can also apply)

Experience:

2 to 6 years in Pharmaceutical Product Management or similar roles

Salary:

Offered based on experience and expectations
