Product Executive

Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Manager in the diagnostics division, you will be responsible for driving successful product launches, marketing initiatives, and training programs to meet market requirements. Your role involves supporting the sales team with effective tools and strategies, analyzing data for sales performance, and engaging customers to ensure sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product launches & customization based on market requirements - Develop marketing creatives, collaterals & training modules for the sales team - Accompany the sales team on field visits for market surveys, feedback, and pitch calls - Analyze data to identify causes of declining/progressing sales and drive corrective actions - Organize regular trainings for newly launched products & refresher sessions - Lead special campaigns to boost revenue and sales team motivation - Support price negotiations for kits, instruments & software with lab teams - Establish processes & documentation for specialized departments - Manage social media marketing through consistent content & awareness videos Qualification Required: - 2-3 years of relevant experience in the diagnostics industry with a qualification in biotechnology or related field - Strong analytical, communication & collaboration skills - Passion for product management, training, and market engagement - Flexibility to work 6 days a week from the office Additional Details: The company is seeking a dynamic individual with a strong background in diagnostics to drive product launches, marketing activities, and training programs.
