Product Engineering - Director - Digital SEW CX (Customer Experience) AI Platform

You will be the Product Engineering Director at SEW, the #1 Energy & Water Cloud Platform specializing in the Energy and Utility sector. Your role will involve providing technical and business guidance for product engineering, development, design, and systems integration for SEW Platform and client engagement. You will create vision, roadmap, and goals for the Digital SEW CX AI Platform while focusing on product marketing, operations, analytics, strategy, and cost reduction. Your responsibilities will include improving modeling predictability, analytics-driven strategy development, operational efficiency, and compliance in consumer assets like Retails, Marketing, Insurance, Energy & Utilities. You should demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills while being proficient in technical product engineering, latest software tools, technologies, and database concepts. Your expertise should cover various technologies such as Mobility, AI/Machine learning, Big Data, IOT, programming languages, and software systems like Mobility, Cloud, SaaS, and client/server architectures. Effective communication with engineering, marketing, quality, and implementation teams is essential to understand product features, workflows, requirements, and coordinate resources for project direction. As the Product Engineering Director, you must delegate responsibilities efficiently, recognize system deficiencies, and implement effective solutions. You will own the product development lifecycle, manage technical resources within the budget and schedule, and ensure high-quality services are consistently delivered for product releases. Qualifications for this role include a positive attitude, a degree in Computer Science or related IT Engineering, and 7-15 years of experience in Software Product Engineering.
