Lead the product development team to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet customer needs – 顧客のニーズに応える革新的な製品の設計・開発・ローンチを行うプロダクト開発チームをリードします。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• Define product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders – ステークホルダーと連携して製品ロードマップと戦略を策定
• Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle – 製品開発ライフサイクル全体を管理
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions – 製品戦略に役立つ市場調査および競合分析を実施
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing – デザイン、エンジニアリング、マーケティングなどのクロスファンクショナルチームを調整
• Ensure product quality, timelines, and budget adherence – 製品の品質、納期、予算を遵守

Qualifications / 応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field – ビジネス、エンジニアリングまたは関連分野の学士号
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product development – プロダクトマネジメントまたは製品開発の経験5年以上
• Strong project management and leadership skills – 高度なプロジェクト管理能力とリーダーシップ
• Experience with agile development methodologies – アジャイル開発手法の経験
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; Japanese business-level proficiency preferred – 優れたコミュニケーション能力。英語必須、日本語ビジネスレベル歓迎
