Product Designer (UX)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design Ownership:

  Drive the UX design process from discovery to delivery including user research, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and final high-fidelity designs.

• User Research & Insights:

  Conduct and analyze user research to understand behavior, pain points, and motivations, translating insights into actionable design decisions.

• Design Systems:

  Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products and platforms.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams Product, Engineering, and Marketing — to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

• Interaction & Visual Design:

  Craft visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive designs with a focus on accessibility and usability.

• Prototyping & Testing:

  Develop interactive prototypes to test concepts quickly and refine designs based on data and feedback.

• Data-Driven Decisions:

  Collaborate with analytics and product teams to evaluate design success using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.

• Stay Current:

  Keep up with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously raise the bar for product design quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of

  hands-on experience

  as a UX/Product Designer, ideally in a

  B2C digital environment

  (e.g., consumer apps, e-commerce, fintech, healthtech, or mobility).
• Proven experience in

  end-to-end product design

  , from user research to final delivery.
• Strong proficiency in

  Figma

  ,

  Sketch

  ,

  Adobe XD

  , or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of

  user-centered design

  ,

  information architecture

  ,

  interaction design

  , and

  visual hierarchy

  .
• Experience working in

  agile product teams

  alongside developers and product managers.
• Portfolio showcasing

  real-world B2C projects

  , demonstrating your ability to solve complex UX challenges and deliver elegant UI solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and accessibility standards.

Good to Have

• Experience designing for
