Job Description

What Youll Do
Own end-to-end design across web and mobile platforms?from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery, Translate complex user and business needs into simple, elegant solutions, Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align on product vision and execution, Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions, Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability, Advocate for user-centered design across the company, What Were Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or UX/UI Designer) building consumer or SaaS products, Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, interaction design, and visual design, Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc,), Experience conducting and applying user research and usability testing, Ability to design for responsive and mobile-first experiences, Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, Bonus: experience with motion design, data visualization, or front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS), Why Join Us Opportunity to shape the design culture from the ground up, Work on products with real impact and scale, Small, agile team = your work directly influences company direction, Competitive compensation, [equity/benefits], and growth opportunities,
