Job Title: Product Designer – Decoware Industry

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Experience Level: Fresher OR 1-2 years

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 / month

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer for our decoware line. The ideal candidate will have a basic design education (NIFD, NIFT, PEARL or similar), and be comfortable working with design software and 3D modelling tools. If you enjoy transforming design ideas into products and have a flair for aesthetics, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop product designs/concepts for decoware (home décor / decorative ware)
• Produce sketches, mockups, and prototypes, including 3-D modelling of designs
• Use tools like Canva and 3D modelling software to visualize and refine product ideas
• Collaborate with the team to understand market trends, materials, finishes and user preferences
• Assist with packing/packaging design when needed
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure readiness for production

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Basic design qualification from institutes like NIFD, NIFT, PEARL, or equivalent
• Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years in product / industrial / decorative product design
• Software Skills: Proficient in Canva, and comfortable using 3D modelling tools
• Good eye for aesthetics: colour, form, detail, finish
• Ability to work under guidance but also take initiative on design tasks
• Good communication skills to discuss ideas, revisions, and work with production teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,261.98 - ₹35,000.00 per month
