Roles & Responsibilities: Visual styling the products, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends. Collaborate and manage the 3D visualization team, artists and Video Animators to refine angles, lighting, mood, textures, designs and composition for final outputs. Provide creative guidance on materials, color palettes, styling, and spatial design. Create mood boards, style guides, and design references to communicate visual direction. Conduct UK market research and market analysis while pushing innovative ideas. Analyze customer feedback and competitor products to refine existing designs and propose new ideas. Conceptualize, design, and develop furniture products from initial idea to final production. Skills Required: Proven experience as an Art Director or Product Designer (Furniture), or in a similar creative leadership role (preferably in interior/furniture, architecture, or lifestyle brands). Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, color theory, composition, texture, and space planning. Ability to guide and collaborate with 3D artists, graphic designers, and content teams. Clear communication skills to convey ideas to the team and clients. Familiarity with design software i.e., Photoshop, 3Ds Max, Blender, Maya and other relevant tools. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, especially related to interiors, products, or lifestyle brands. High attention to detail, creativity, and a strong aesthetic sense.
