Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Designer based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, conducting user research, and applying design thinking methodologies to develop effective product solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to iterate on product features, designing user interfaces and experiences, and ensuring the usability and functionality of the product.

Qualifications

• Visual Design and Product Design skills
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies
• Proficiency in User Research and UX Research
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Experience in financial services or related industry is a plus
