About the Role: Join our fast-growing on-demand marketplace, NowNow, which connects customers in the UAE and KSA with a wide range of grocery and everyday essentials delivered quickly and conveniently. As part of the NowNow team, you will contribute to shaping the future of eCommerce and revolutionizing how people access their daily needs. We prioritize speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction, partnering with local stores to offer a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Product Manager to deeply understand user problems and develop effective solutions. - Utilize a scientific approach for problem-solving, including user research, competitive benchmarking, data analysis, and brainstorming sessions. - Translate business requirements into high-fidelity prototypes through flows, wireframes, and mockups to create intuitive user experiences. - Facilitate cross-functional alignment on solution approaches with the help of mockups and wireframes. - Implement high-quality designs following industry best practices and focusing on attention to detail. - Contribute to the product vision and stay updated on design trends to enhance user experience continuously. - Play a key role in product planning and strategy development. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. - Experience in designing flows for large-scale consumer apps and managing complex design projects independently. - Strong understanding of user experience and journey. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills. - Self-driven individual with a proactive approach and a sense of ownership. - Knowledge of Illustrations, Animations, and E-commerce is a plus.
