Product Designer

As a Product Designer specializing in design systems at Mitratech, you will play a crucial role in shaping experiences used by thousands of enterprise users globally. Your main responsibilities will be centered around owning and evolving the design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across all product teams. You will collaborate with Marketing and Product Design teams to maintain visual standards and brand expression for a unified user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and maintain the design system, including Figma component libraries, design tokens, usage documentation, and accessibility best practices. - Collaborate with developers to ensure design-to-code consistency and create high-quality illustrations, icons, and visual elements for enterprise web-based applications. - Provide visual guidance and system-based mockups to support product teams with new initiatives. - Promote system adoption across the company and support the Senior Product Designer in creating mocks and prototypes. - Advocate for visual design best practices, brand consistency, and ensure design fidelity during implementation by working closely with developers. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital product design with a focus on design systems. - Solid technical skills including knowledge of HTML and CSS. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. - Experience with prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD. - Strong collaboration, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Adaptability and proactive mindset.
