Product Designer

As a member of the NamFam Technology Team at Namshi, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the fashion and e-commerce industry in the Middle East. Join us on this exciting journey of transforming the way people shop online and expressing their personal style. **Responsibilities:** - Own the complete product design process, starting from user research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into scalable and user-friendly designs. - Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes based on conceptual ideas. - Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback and data to iterate and improve designs. - Ensure design consistency by contributing to the evolution of the design system. - Present your design work to stakeholders, providing insights from user feedback and design rationale. - Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices within the teams. **Qualifications:** - 4-6 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI designs across various platforms. - Profound knowledge of UX principles, design systems, accessibility, and responsive design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or Framer. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Hands-on experience with user research and testing methodologies. - A degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent would be advantageous.
