Product Designer

- *Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D for Eyewear Design* – Expertise in creating precise technical drawings, molds, and exploded views of products such as eyewear, jewellery and components.
- *CAD Modeling for Injection Molding & Sheet Cutting* – Experience preparing AutoCAD files for manufacturing processes like CNC cutting, laser cutting, and plastic injection.- *Material Optimization in CAD* – Skilled in designing eyewear for acetate, TR90, stainless steel, titanium, and bio-based materials.- *Tolerance & Fit Analysis in CAD Drawings* – Ensures functional alignment and proper fitting of eyewear lenses and mechanical joints in technical blueprints.- *3D Frame Prototyping & Rendering* – Integration with software like Rhino or SolidWorks for realistic frame visualization and prototyping.- *Standard Compliance Knowledge* – Designs eyewear meeting ISO, FDA, and BIS standards for optical frame manufacturing and safety.
