Product Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Jaipur Rugs, your role will involve developing user-centric digital interfaces that reflect the company's commitment to luxury and innovation. You will also be responsible for creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for: - Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints - Collaborating with branding and marketing teams to integrate and elevate brand standards within the digital space - Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions - Analyzing user feedback and performance metrics to enhance the digital experience - Working closely with product managers, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure seamless execution of design strategies - Presenting design concepts and detailed rationale to senior stakeholders, demonstrating the value and strategic alignment of proposed designs - Staying current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design, particularly those applicable to the luxury sector - Proposing innovative design solutions that drive user engagement and support overall business objectives In addition to the above responsibilities, as part of the selection process, you will participate in a dedicated practical round where you will demonstrate your technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and design thinking through real-world design challenges tailored to assess proficiency in creating cohesive digital experiences aligned with high-end brand standards. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field - 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in UI/UX design with a robust portfolio showcasing work for luxury or high-end brands - Expertise in developing and enforcing design systems and style guides - Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision - Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and modern web technologies - Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred skills include experience in the luxury retail or high-end design sector, familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and being detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.,
