Job Description

As a Product Designer Manager at our Gurugram location, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements. Your key duties will include translating user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. You will iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing, as well as assist in conducting user research and competitor analysis. It will be essential to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to ensure the success of our projects. To excel in this role, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A strong understanding of UX/UI principles along with proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma is required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must, along with the ability to take initiative, adapt to feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a portfolio showcasing projects or coursework related to UX/UI design will be beneficial in showcasing your capabilities.,
