Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Product Design Development Manager. The responsibilities include managing the complete product lifecycle, overseeing product design and development, and ensuring successful project management for product launches. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet technical and operational requirements while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Development
• Experience in Product Design and Product Management
• Strong Project Management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile/Mechatronics/ECE
• Experience in automotive industry is a must
• Should have experience overseeing a team of Mechanical and Electronics Engineers
• Experience in designing and development of mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic products.
