Product Delivery Associate - Manual & User Acceptance Testing

Role Overview: As a Product Delivery Associate in the Connected Commerce team, you will play a crucial role in transforming ideas into functional products, navigating through complex challenges, and contributing to meaningful change. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the intent of a business requirement - Formulate test approach, test plan, and detailing dependencies and risks involved - Execute business scenarios in UAT environment - Partner and collaborate with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing testing status - Ensure testing artifacts are updated and saved appropriately - Reconcile test results from different tests and different groups - Incorporate process enhancements related to tools and practices to unlock greater efficiencies and effectiveness - Partner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure testing readiness and execution milestones are completed - Facilitate quality testing practices in support of various products - Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide consistent follow-up on the status of Automation testing - Create and build automation tools for gaining efficiency or cost reduction Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or comparable experience - 3+ years of experience in manual testing, including formulating test plans and approaches, test scenarios, and test scripts - Experience in JIRA process, understanding the process flow, and creating tasks - Experience with Microsoft Office, Confluence, and qTest tool - Writing and executing queries in SQL - Knowledge in the Unix operating system - Experience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies - Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with the ability to edit and prepare executive-level communications - Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines - Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships - Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly - High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure Additional Company Details: Omit this section as there are no additional details of the company mentioned in the job description.,
