Product Data Executive (Remote)

We are looking for passionate individuals who can contribute to creating and managing product listings that attract customers and drive sales. If you have an eye for detail, are skilled with Excel, and love navigating the internet to find trends and product insights, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, and organize product data from suppliers for catalog creation.
• Enrich product listings with compelling and accurate content, ensuring all information meets brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.
• Build, clean, and maintain product listings in spreadsheets with high accuracy.
• Ensure consistency and completeness of product details (titles, descriptions, specifications, sizes, colors, pricing, etc.).
• Conduct online research to understand fashion/market trends and ensure product listings are relevant and appealing.
• Work closely with sourcing teams in China and internal teams in India to ensure smooth product onboarding.
• Maintain high-quality standards for all data before it goes live.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (must-have).
• Qualification: PUC/ Degree
• Strong internet navigation and online research skills.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Interest in fashion and market trends is a big plus.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) or marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart Seller Panel) preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines.
