Position OverviewThe Product Coordinator will manage and coordinate global introduction and change management processes for Solenis products and raw materials. The role involves facilitating approvals, maintaining SAP product data, and ensuring data integrity across systems and functions. Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate New Product Introduction (NPI) and manage changes to existing products globally.Assess each NPI request for completeness, determine required approvals, and follow up on pending actions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (EHS, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, etc.) for timely approvals.Create and maintain materials in SAP, ensuring accuracy in material master data and recipe management.Maintain product and raw material specifications in Lotus Notes and manage specification change approvals.Govern global product data standards and perform periodic SAP data validations.Support Customer Service for order-related issues (extensions, unit of measure, material blocks, etc.).Provide training and process support to business teams on NPI and SAP-related activities.Participate in special projects such as product rationalization, SAP integration, and M&A transitions.Protect proprietary information in accordance with Solenis policies.
